Terms of Service

By using Futrad (futrad.com and the Futrad mobile app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Futrad. By creating an account you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent identity or violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings.

3. Listings and transactions

You may list items only if you have the legal right to barter, rent, sell, or auction them.
Listings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with our content rules (no weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen items, illegal services, or content that infringes third-party rights).
Futrad is a venue. Trades happen directly between users. We are not a party to any transaction.
You agree to deal with other users honestly, deliver items as described, and resolve disputes in good faith.

4. Fees and payments

Listing on Futrad is free for most categories. Premium features, auction bids, and coin purchases are paid services handled through Razorpay. All charges are non-refundable unless required by law or specified in the feature description.

5. Prohibited conduct

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or unlawful content.
No spam, scraping, automated access, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attacking the Service infrastructure.
No off-platform deception to defraud other users.

6. Content licence

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Futrad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reformat, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You can revoke this licence by deleting your content.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our content policies, or applicable law. We will, where reasonable, provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that other users will fulfil trades, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futrad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Futrad in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
